More realistically it's some spam/scam account that stole some girl's photo off social media. They're a dime a dozen on platforms like Steam. "Cute girl" account messaging you? Yea, that's a scammer.

There are plenty of people who are more than willing to do it for free. All you need is a big enough protest that gets just a little bit too rowdy and things are going to snowball out of control again. Depends on how much interest there still is in BLM in the leftist rank and file to get big enough, I guess.

They've already got enough funding for literal wars. BLM made hundreds of millions if not billions during the riots.
The question is, do they want violence or do they just want money. If it's the latter there's probably not much more money to be gained from further riots. If it's the former they could keep going for years.
