I'm surprised at the complete lack of any mention of him around these parts. He's been one of the most observant analyzers and predictors of world politics and social dynamics for the better part of two decades, is an absolutely irrepressible Trump supporter, has been at the vanguard of taking the fight to the Left on numerous cultural fronts (Gamergate, Rabid Puppies, and bringing Patreon to heel) and even created a Netflix/Youtube hybrid alternative in unauthorized.tv.
Check him out. His blog is a beacon of level-headed high energy amidst the current turmoil.
Portuguese here, so I don't really have any direct skin in the game, and there isn't much I can do other than dole out red pills in my country's media comment sections (and there's a growing bunch of us, believe me).
Still, you pedes have my prayers, support and energy, for what it's worth. President Trump not being reelected doesn't end anything, but it would mean that the freedom-loving, anti-globalist wave rising across the world would smash itself against one big hurdle and slow things down.
Most people won't bother doing anything other than google "election results USA" and stick to that, so this is a battle of perception you have ahead of you. Channel that righteous rage and indignation, post, link and save sources, and don't let the talking heads and doomers frame the narrative. As much as I hate being an instigator that doesn't even have to put himself on the line, be ready to take to the streets and let them know that such brazen, bald-faced cheating will not stand.
All eyes are on you, pedes, as, for better or worse, the western world's culture and social trends are downstream from the USA. You have a president who is willing to fight and won't just meekly walk off into the sunset like so many other pusillanimous, bowtie-wearing establishmentarians did when faced with the usual bad faith repertoire of "but think about our DEMOCRACY" and "we have to come together in the end" appeals to doing the right thing. Because the right thing here is to fight and swing, and it ain't over until you hear the fat lady sing.
Deus vult, kek and God bless Donald J. Trump.
Enjoy the utter lack of self-awareness, Olympic levels of projection, self-aggrandizement and cognitive dissonance. It's almost like the article was written by a schizophrenic.

When these ultra-populist movements began popping up throughout the world - mainly during the Brexit campaign and with Donald Trump - traditional media was clearly on the back-foot. These were uncharted waters they had no idea how to deal with, in which politicians lost any and all compunction to say unimaginable things and where lies were permanently diluted in truth. [...] Most people, chief among which the mainstream milieu, could see them for the evident falsehoods that they were: Obtuse oversimplifications or grave attacks upon fundamental human rights and principles. But, for many, it was music for their ears. The unspeakable became admissible, and it just snowballed from there.
One frequently hears that it was traditional media that which catapulted these phenomena and caused them to grow. In truth, they weren't the main culprits. The overwhelming majority of this electorate already kept (and keeps) distant from traditional news media. These were the people who already weren't reading newspapers or magazines, or even saw news channels, where matters are handled with a measure of depth. This electorate got (and gets) its information through the Internet, scrolling ever down in its bubble, shut in its little world.
Now, to banish these phenomena into a clandestinity of sorts, ghettoizing it in an underworld, is the worst thing one could do. Both for the media and for any politician worth their salt. It would be dangerously myopic for the so-called "elites" to circle the wagons around themselves and overlook that which concerns an increasingly large part of our society. An attitude of intellectual superiority which only deepens the divide between the people and politicians and academia in their privileged bubbles.
What one should do is to seek to understand this electorate, know what goes in their soul, try to reach out to them in other ways, unwind the knots they've tangled themselves in and talking to them about their fears and concerns in as simple a fashion as possible – but without overlooking the truth that populists so often lack.
As for all responsible media, it behooves them not to marginalize a phenomenon that, judging by polls, is increasingly socially relevant. It must do it without conversely resorting to clickbait or parroting messages which violate fundamental mores or falsehoods.
We should endeavor to speak in layman's terms, even about things which for many might seem self-evident. And above all, one should always reveal the controversies, the internal inconsistencies, the dangerous influences and occult special interests, exposing these new parties with the same level of scrutiny applied to those that have been around longer - and to do it with depth and, of course, without any bias. No condescension, no arrogance or intellectual superiority, and above all, no fear.
