We have this same bullshit in Tucson right now through 12/23. Mayor wanted 8pm to 5am, plus $2500 fine, plus charging the person with a misdemeanor. City council “settled” on 10pm to 5am, $300, and I don’t think you get charged...but unsure. Been trying to find where her recall petition is so I can sign it.
