They're banned from gundeals for a reason. Had a co-worker place an order that was "in stock" and two months later still "awaiting fulfillment". He's tried calling, emailing, etc. to get an update and no communications at all. Also no way to cancel the order from their website.

MacArthur was the last General and was fired because of it...

First thing democrats do is purge the upper ranks of any holdovers. Republicans never do this trying to be "bi-partisan" and it bites them in the ass, Trump included.

I'd say Susan Rice. She didn't get kneecapped by Tulsi at the debates like Harris did. I don't think Harris would help Joe get out the black vote the way they'd hope given her past.

If you look at the Democratic plans for the suburbs this isn't far from the truth...

They all think it will be them. No one expects the Spanish Inquisition.

More like Spanish Civil War...

The Four Boxes of Liberty: Soap Box, Ballot Box, Jury Box, Ammo box please use in that order.

Jury box historically has meant Jury Nullification, more recently it's a catch all for battling in the court system and SCOTUS rulings.

What some are warning about is that we're now at or near the end of the Jury Box, you can see the empty bottom...meaning we're to the point that the Ammo Box is the only box left.

That's because there are two very different areas of law: Civil and Criminal. Then you can get even more specific from there with specialties like intellectual property, employment law, tax law, etc.. I wouldn't go to a criminal defense lawyer to file my patents.

Most lawyers I know hire a tax attorney to do their taxes. They hire estate/trust lawyers to do their Trusts, etc..

What makes thinks that Dennis Miller maybe right that we've lost and just don't know it yet. The American Revolution worked because the wealthy of the era supported the uprising with their wealth. The Union won the Civil War because they had the wealth. Today every business and most of the wealthy are not on our side...

Doesn't bode well. But you take away people circuses they tend to suddenly get far more politically active. Even the Romans understood that...

That and it was the first time they encountered any real opposition and push back. They tried to bully a demographic that grew up being bullied and called a spade a spade.

Tech was very libertarian: meritocracy, free as in speech and/or beer, etc..

Today's Open Source world is ironically all corporate sponsored and increasingly code of conducted...

Saw it happen in the Episcopal Church 20 years ago. Happening in some of the Lutheran Churches too. Saw it yesterday at a Catholic Church as well.

Previous versions defined things such as fear of Arson being a legitimate use of deadly force and clearly defined dwelling, land, vehicle, recreational vehicle, business, or church where someone acting in official capacity (security, elder, deacon, clergy) could carry and use force.

New law just says "Any property a person owns or leases or places a person has a right to be (stand your ground)".

But just executing a search warrant for a rifle is not going to go down well as soon as it gets to the state applet courts outside of St. Louis.

Yes. Kim Gardner is under criminal investigation for how badly she mishandled the case against former governor Eric Greitens. She hired a PI from out of state to investigate the Governor, who was not licensed as a PI in the state of Missouri, and further more the PI plead guilty to perjury in the case.

Meanwhile she sued the City of St. Louis for being "racist" against her because she maintains a list of white officers in the St. Louis PD that she won't even bother to prosecute any arrests they make.

She has a primary challenger who's basic campaign is "I'm not Kim Gardner" and that might be enough especially among the white working class of South City. But Gardner has the support of the Central Corridor which is a lot of Champaign Socialist professors and tech workers many of whom have been imported from the Bay area with Square.

At least the Republicans are fielding a challenger in the General too so there are two chances to knock her off. A lot of the South City democrats would likely support anyone not Kim Gardner at this point. Which is better than the Republicans in the County. I have to take a Democrat Primary Ballot in August as there is no Republican running for county exec and Sam Page is really that bad so August 4th is the election for that office.
