I used to smoke. I loved to smoke AND drink..IN the bar, that was part of the draw. I quit, I still loved the atmosphere of the bar. They banned smoking in the bars, and the atmosphere changed. I went to the bar less.
People choose what they do, and choose where they work. (to an extent) If the demand were there, someone would start a non-smoking bar.
