Yeah, that was an issue for me too. It was quite the claim lol. In all fairness, that could well have been disinformation. I’ve been on greatawakening.win past couple of hours and it’s quite nice, full of hope and some compelling ideas being banded around. Come join us, I feel a lot better now.

Not many things are certain in life, so knowing that God will always look after you and save you as long as you do right by Him is something I find so comforting. Just keep God close mate. It’s such a sad state of affairs. I don’t know what will happen from here. What I can say is that Donald Trump may have missed the greatest opportunity to save the world we have ever seen by failing to cross the Rubicon today. I don’t know if you’re religious but for me, it helps put things in perspective. If we just do good and believe in God, we’ll be saved anyway regardless of what happens here on Earth.
It’s not over until the fat lady sings. The thing is, let’s be honest, most of us were expecting to see a true revolution today and it hasn’t happened. We’re in a state of shock. I’m bewildered and wondering what happens next. Idk what’s going on in D.C., there’s a blackout by the looks of it. Perhaps there’s still time for events to unfold. Regardless, we need direction.

Yeah, I think that is largely the crux of the issue in America, you’re right. I saw a chart documenting that recently and it’s astonishing. Of course, that leads to frustration amongst everyday people as they find it harder and harder to build a comfortable life for themselves. Where I am, in the U.K, look we have well documented problems. I’m not pretending it’s all fantastic and wonderful. It isn’t. We’ve got issues that need resolving and I foresee potential violence eventually. We do have a sense of overall stability though, that I believe comes from being a mature nation with a head of state that very rarely changes. This stability is in exchange for totally protected freedoms like in the States, but theoretically so long as the monarch is a practising Christian who oversees the PM and Government, then we won’t end up under total tyranny. It’s a delicate balance that works, as crazy as it sounds. It’s also a unifier. c96% of the nation approves of the head of state. This is why we have such stability. Is it perfect? Of course not. Is America better in some areas? Yes, absolutely. But I do believe the US needs to strike a balance and find stability, perhaps as a new nation.
If you truly believe the corruption is fixable then good. That’s what I want to hear, that’s hopeful. I just think that’s becoming increasingly impossible personally but I wish you luck in doing it. I disagree with your last part in light of current events, but regardless, good luck to you too.
Trump is the leader but he’s not taken direct action against this. I trust Trump but in under 2 weeks time, we no longer have control of the military. He himself is losing his grip on it RIGHT NOW with Pence calling in the National Guard. He must do something!
I see your point, and you’re correct that those protests are definitely encouraging. I must say though, it is concerning that the USA is on the brink of a 2nd civil war despite only existing for 245 years. Listen, I like America. I like the idea of it, the systems and the constitutional rights Americans have. However, there is a serious problem when it comes to stability in the nation. My country is not on fire. My country is not on the brink of meltdown and civil war. My country has lasted for nearly 2000 years. I’m not criticising the USA, what’s happened pains me and I can see it clearly hurts you, obviously far more than it hurts me. If you look at the situation the USA is in, with rampant fraud, extreme divisions and a totally corrupted political class, it’s safe to say the United States of America has not worked out the way that was hoped. I don’t even think the founders would disagree with that. I’m sorry to say it, I really am. But the only solution left is to create something new, something more stable.
I’m an outsider, I’m not American. I’ve thought this for years. The United States of America is a failed political experiment, I’m sorry to say that. It is broken and cannot be healed. Today is evidence of that. A new nation must be formed.
