You know what they say: once you're in, you're in for life.
It definitely has the same energy as the 2016 Wikileaks drops.
It's 2020: we can be anything we want to be, just by saying so!
This is my interpretation. There's nothing in the article here (or any article I can find) that guarantees a state won't have to deal with lawsuits once they certify their election.
Edit: it appears the OP is kind of accurate, I think... but it's more that once the deadline has passed, recount claims and remedies become significantly harder for a court to approve. Nothing makes it impossible, though: https://www.google.co.in/books/edition/America_Votes/PKv9tziGMgIC?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=safe-harbor+election+law&pg=PA336&printsec=frontcover
What annoys me is that there WERE legitimate Russians... that were assisting Clinton's camp. They're the cadre behind Crowd Strike and Crossfire Hurricane. Then there's the OCONUS lures program which involved young Russian women being housed at the complex in NY that was kept open by Obama and then promptly closed under Trump.
Not necessarily. The voting machines are easier to drill down on compared with the individual states lawsuits, which is like herding cats (given the number of parties and pieces). The machines-based lawsuits can also immediately go to the federal level and be fast tracked that way.
It's a smart move to do this two-pronged attack.
Quite sure a Twitter sent his way would do it. He's not a big player that has PR people do this stuff for him. This is very likely his theory though, which he'll apparently be releasing on Saturday.
The article itself uses such absurdly hyperbolic language: "devastating!" and "catastrophic error!"
My guess? Back door talks of whether the deep state wanted to move away from its oil-based economy towards carbon taxes, or keep the oil flows/ratlines going for a bit longer. It was the latter, so they chose Bush. At the same time, they still wanted to push the transition to a carbon market. So, they pulled Gore aside and said, "so we've got plans for Bush and we're tapping him, but can I introduce you to this concept called global warming? We'll make you filthy rich and a hero of the left all at the same time."
HAHA, 10 bucks said they lawyered up. Or booked a one-way ticket to a country with no renditions. One of the two.
Some animals... AND their votes.
Everyone should piece this together with what CodeMonkeyZ and Shiva Ayyadurai state. It starts to paint a pretty damning picture about ballot images.

OMG so profound. So poetic. What INSIGHT.... as he drinks his $4 oat milk latte with turmeric while working min wage at the local bookstore that Bezos has bribed Biden to close.
Probably corrupt county workers--I have to think Dominion workers would've smoothed out the fraud in other counties, but criminals can be kinda dumb.
Hold up. I need a hoodie, sunglasses, and a greenscreen with 1s and 0s. Anything less and I can't do my job.
Ballot images really are coming to the forefront, here.
Remember the Dominion anon who said it wasn't the company as much as malicious actors taking advantage of the highly insecure system? S/he mentioned how easy it would be to print ballot images and then run them through the system several times. Those late night boxes could have been ballot images that were printed and then re-scanned.
Ayyadurai (the senator contestant from MA) said he sued the state because he detected fraud, and then requested the ballot images, which per law must be saved at least two years. They replied they deleted them all.
When CodemonkeyZ discusses deleting evidence of the ballot scans, I'm guessing he is talking about the duplicates that were run many times over with each being counted as an individual vote, in addition to deleting ballots that were for Trump. Interesting.
We can make so much gold from this press conference portion and the "where's the FBI?" answer.
We really need to take back the culture war from the left. It got good in 2016 but was always more subtle and underground than it should be.
He ultimately got Brexit through, though, which I'm 100% certain TPTB were against. I give him credit for that. He's since become a husk of that same figurehead.
That's why I'd be surprised if the left ever genuinely tried to push this approach.
It's sort of like when people don't sue for defamation if they're being accused of criminal acts, since they know discovery would hit them like a sledgehammer (read: every DNC lawsuit).
We should just spam them links to Smooth Criminal.
"ANNIE! ARE YOU OKAY?!"
GREAT, let's investigate--full audits for every county!
Robert David Steele is claiming as much.

He's confirming much of what this article states, with it being a way to finally hang Brennan. Having said that, Steele is iffy in my book: he is still going with the watermarks sting which imo, has a likelihood of around 15%.
Boris became a different PM after his COVID infection. I truly think the deep state threatened to pull the plug on him unless he got in line.
George Webb is legit. If you want to see behind the curtain, he's the guy to watch.
