Why would he do what he's doing and be so adamant about it if he was just making stuff up?? He's a defamation lawyer. He of all people knows the consequences of making the types of statements he's made if they are false. He can't just release it out into the world for all to see because that would jeopardize the defendants right to a trial free of any sort of bias or misinterpretation of the facts. He's in a fkd up situation because if he's telling the truth, he can't find a federal judge with a spine to take it on and he can't just drop it out into the public and ruin any possible chance he could have of having it put before a judge in the future, because he will have tainted any possibility of getting a neutral jury pool. If if what he's saying is true and he were to blast it out it very well could start a war and he clearly wants justice upheld not war breaking out. Idk if he's got something or not but he sure is determined to keep poking at the beast that is extremely deadly, for a guy that that has nothing. Is this the lawyer version of suicide by cop?
