I own a small business registered to do federal and state contracts. While I was scrolling the contract list today I saw a request for proposal for new federal detention centers all throughout the south and what most would consider conservative areas around the US. Its odd because they are hastily made by the description and are being funded by a leftwing controlled department of the federal government. Im not comfortable posting the actual contract proposal because of the monitoring agreement associated with the site they are posted on but it just seems like really odd timing considering the circumstances and I've never seen one like it on US soil. I have seen similar ones but they were all in the middle east. Idk could be nothing but it sure gave me a bad feeling.
