I think it’s the big thing that is the difference between Democrats and Republicans and also Non-Christians and Christians. Democrats and non-Christians tend to think most people are good, which is BS given the opportunity 50% of people will steal from Target (see riots) given the chance. Whereas most Republicans and Christians tend to believe we are born sinners (Adam and Eve situation), which I tend to think makes us better people because we see that we aren’t perfect and we should improve ourselves. The welfare trap is real. Go to any large population of poor black communities and you’ll see it. They are on welfare, there parents were on welfare, there kids plan on being on welfare. They would have been better just to not have done anything at all. But it’s a lesson for you young bucks out there, whether it’s family or your business, if you commit to an idea even if it’s unpopular, don’t give up on it just because you get pushback. That’s what being a leader is all about.
What the owners should have done is gotten rid of the leaders of that strike, because by caving and not holding true to their guns, they just lost all respect.
