Been doing that for little less than a year now. Weight training along with calisthenics (prisoner squats, push-ups, abs). Also quit eating/drinking ANYTHING with sugar or caffeine. Also on very low carb diet. I mean I get a few carbs in, almost impossible to avoid. Supplement with protein and creatine. I be sure to do some sort of exercise everyday. Alpha AF now.
