In NJ and my property taxes alone are well over the $10,000. With that said, other states with balanced budgets should not be footing the bill for overspending states with outrageous taxes. Time to balance the budgets and stop blaming others.

Yes, I deleted social media, installed VPN, and just that alone was such a relief. I no longer worry about people getting upset for not wishing them a happy birthday on their “wall” or liking the pic of their lunch. I simply say, “sorry, not on social media. If you need to reach me, call or text”

I love making friends and family short circuit. I ask if they wanna hang out. They say I’m not vaccinated. I say, but you are. They say, but it’s unknown if the vaccine prevents you from getting sick. I ask “then why’d you get it?”

Friend: shots will protect you, and the passports will show who’s protected.
Me: ok, so you get your shot and feel protected, and I’ll take my chances

Me: so what’s the point of the vaccine if you’re unsafe with or without?

I found that after they ditched me, I found friends that don’t try to play the “gotcha” game with me. My head is actually clear, I spend time with family, working on the house and enjoy my hobbies. I don’t have to worry about pleasing people or trying to fit in just enough. Actually a great feeling.
I wish I lived closer. What a cool way to also make friends. A lot of my liberal Jersey friends gave me up because I think critically for myself and don’t conform to group think.
