Simple--the report regardless of which side did it, is submitted as evidence under oath and under penalty of perjury. A fake news so-called reporter and organization asking an official who says it's de-booonked means nothing since the official is NOT an expert, nor is the spokesperson presenting evidence to the contrary under penalty of perjury.
The absence of proof, is not proof of absence. In all these cases, there is overwhelming evidence (more as each day passes) and some proof of fraud, but not the opposite. Most judges so far have dismissed cases not based on scrutiny of the evidence, but rather on technicalities that make the evidence moot to the court. It doesn't mean that the evidence is de-booonked.
Our founding fathers never intended for SCOTUS to make or set law--what conservatives would agree on. Only to determine if laws created by Congress are in accordance with the US Constitution.
