The common agreement amongst 75%+ of Trump supporters is that we know for a fact the election was stolen.

I don't think he could've done much. States have the right to dictate how their elections are ran, not the federal government.
Governors have more power of the state than the federal government does, which is why states can openly defy federal law so often.
