So far, none of the alternate electors, so far as I know, have had either the legislature, Secretary of State, or a State Governor certify them, which did happen in the 1876 election. Not as much of a slam dunk, but a good step in the right direction provided some follow-up happens.

Hijacking the top comment to point out that this talks about absentee ballots. Does this provision apply to mail-in ballots as well? If it does, slam dunk, if it doesn't then this isn't the law we should be looking at.
My understanding is the 94% is of the ballots they've received, not all possible ballots. This is the wrong angle to approach an argument of Fraud at least according to this article.
