I get a strange feeling the state could flip red. It isn’t Republicans shutting down the state and causing job loss. It isn’t Republicans increasing taxes due to revenue loss. I think there is a serious possibility that, because of Pritzker and Lightfoot, Illinois voters may release the whirlwind on them.
Because the Left hates Christianity, especially Catholicism, because of its Truth and Tradition. Which is weird, because they trip over themselves to laud our Pope when he does something they like, yet despise the religion. It’s almost as if... appeasing the mob doesn’t work and Truth/Tradition can’t be changed just because you want it to.
Now when they cry about “religion” it’s funny because, whether they believe it or not, everyone is religious. But when you take God out of society, He is replaced by evil, like Antifa, BLM, Communism, etc. And they especially hate Christianity because it’s the only religion that truly unveils their sins before them, and they would be found wanting. It’s easier to destroy a religion than to admit your faults.
Worked with one like that. It was awful.
Story time: Her and I were talking once and I had a male student come in once to show me he was wearing high- heeled shoes for some project he was doing. Because he is never In those shoes, I go “what’s up with the shoes dude?”, to which he explained the project, but gave some snarky response after like “ah just figuring out who I am Hahahaha”. I go “huh. weird, but go for it, good luck!” and think no more of it. The teacher apparently leaves in a huff, as two other students enter to ask a question and said “that teacher looked mad, sir.”
As if on queue, she rips open the door, orders the students to leave, and proceeds to scream at me about how I called it weird because “he was trying to figure himself out” and how awful I am, to which I respond that “that’s not what it was, I said weird because he does not wear those shoes, don’t bring that shit into my classroom.” After about 30 minutes of screeching, she storms out.
Didn’t talk to that teacher ever again. Frigging cultural marxists infect education like a malignant tumor.
Biden lost.
I don’t know how, after watching that, anyone could say different. Obviously we are unashamedly for the GEOTUS here, but even objectively he got destroyed. Trump took every “gotcha” Biden had and bashed him over the head with it. He got enough zingers in there like “who built the cages?” or “you got money from somewhere...” that Biden could just say “c’mon man” or “that’s not true” and put up such a weak defense. He looked like a senile old man up there.
And the President was like a cobra, restrained until the second he attacked, then backed up and readied for the next attack. It was great to watch, much MUCH better than the first debate.
My advice is to just have several IDs with signatures. Can never be too careful!
