MI, GA, AZ, NV, WI, and PA all have republican majority legislatures, and can all send in their own slate of electors to DC. It's called a contingent election. All of which is up to the ultimate decider of this whole thing, the President of the Senate, Vice President Mike Pence. There's no symbolism in this unique case, because the 12th amendment grants each state to do so, in support of the 10th amendment.
