This video is obviously falsifying the "camera" excuse when there are other cameras already inside. The ballot ripper clip put in the video shows the potential shenanigans the covered windows hide.
If someone is stupid enough to rip a ballot up (even if its a one off) its clearly jail-able so of coarse he will claim it wasn't real. But how he looks out to the left to make sure no one is around before he rips it is interesting.
