I just finished responding to another comment addressing HCQ, vitamin D, outdoors and exercise.
I did not k ow about Zinc, or Quercetin. And actually my Dr’s don’t want to give me HCQ so I will have to ask about that.
I will also read about Dr Zeneko.

Everything you say is great advice, I am taking a vitamin D supplement, i get lots of physical actively outside camping, hiking and hunting. Self isolation is no issue for me, haha.
As far as HCQ, I have been speaking with doctors about that and they don’t want to start me on preventively. I want to, but the Dr’s don’t.
I will have to do more research (or if anyone here knows) if HCQ is processed through the liver or kidneys.
Long story short, my kidneys are damaged because of the other cocktails of medications I take. So my doctors are hesitant to put my on any med that I don’t explicitly NEED if it’s processed through kidneys.

Well my account is a couple months old, I just don’t post. I uptrump and get news here. But I see how it can be suspicious, that’s fair. Thanks for giving me the BoD.
And no, the point of this post is not to guilt anyone into wearing a mask. I realize that masks do nothing to stop a virus, even an n95. Virus particles are much smaller than n95 can stop.
Like I said, I am self isolating (like my doctors have recommended) and I’ve done this before with h1n1.
The point of this post was too gauge if anyone like me is getting this vaccine.
The vaccine is the issue, not masks. I don’t know if i can trust this vaccine. My doctors say yes, but I don’t trust my doctors as they worship Fauci.
I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place, that’s all

Like I said, I’ve dealt with self isolation before during h1n1, but that vaccine was out quickly compared to this and I also trusted that vaccine.
This ones a bit more questionable.

A nebulizer is a great recommendation. I used to need them as kid when I got sick.
A few others have mentioned vitamin D, HCQ, Quercitin, and Zinc.
