As other have stated many, many times, Its funny and weird how they stopped counting once they were losing and then in the morning they were ahead, and then they call it or like you said, certify it.
Like on the night of the election, they were calling states for Biden where Trump was ahead and refusing to call states like GA for Trump and where he was clearly ahead.
