There is rural Texas and metro Texas.
Metro Texas is lost. Austin has literally become a little San Francisco/Seattle. Dallas/Ft Worth, Houston and San Antonio are solid blue. Doesn't help that the local governments in cities have been taken over by Mexicans who stop just short of openly espousing reconquista, and are actively working to turn cities into shitholes.
The only reason why Texas city riots have been fairly mild is because of the amount of firearms on both sides and the willingness to use them. It would be a bloodbath, so both sides settled into a sort of detente.
Antifa/BLM periodically causes trouble in Austin, but it's small scale compared to other liberal cities. They don't really need to do much though because of how badly the city has deteriorated, with open approval from the Mayor Steve Adler. There are tents everywhere, bums sleeping on the streets, downtown is boarded up and graffitied, and it's generally a fucking mess. At the same time million-dollar condos keep going up and getting sold out. Personally, I wouldn't buy one even if it came with a free blowjob every morning, noon and night. The city's "soul" has been lost - there's no events, restaurants and bars are boarded up, nowhere to go, and when you walk out of your condo's front door, you run the risk of stepping in shit, getting jumped by peaceful joggers, getting stuck because of Antifa demonstrations or just getting stuck in traffic trying to GTFO. Oh, and Austin PD has been castrated, and now they are trying to castrate the nearby sheriffs' departments too. If Governor Abbott had any balls, he would have activated the National Guard. But he is a shitbag sellout that has no principles and will suck any cock that will increase his popularity.
The countryside is as based as it has always been. It will be a grand battle of demographics and turnout, with voter fraud on the side.
How weird, nothing is on fire, nothing is being broken or looted and nobody is being beaten or shot.
