You think that wouldn't have been circumvented too? "Oh look, all these conservative ballots we didn't get to scan until now! Oops, its 12:01"

"just stab the knight in the armpit, loser!" Is great advice... if you believe the knight doesn't know where his own fucking weak points are.

The Left doesn't give a shit about murdering innocent lives, so it shouldn't be a surprise when something like voter fraud isn't even a blip on the radar. Someone who wants a baby diced in the womb and then sucked into a vacuum for harvesting and incineration won't bat an eye at cheating to gain the power needed to ensure the harvesting continues.

Eh, not really. This is more like if you don't evict a person within a certain amount of time of not paying their rent, they can stay without rent permanently. It isn't precedent, because it isn't based on existing laws. This is inaction that becomes the standard for that specific case. Thats why apartment communities seem so heartless to people down on their luck or struggling legitimately. You never know when allowing them to skip out on rent a few times will be used against you to skip all rent, at least until the lease is up or changed by some means.

If you don't arrest loiterers for years, you are going to have a hard time explaining why a specific loiterer needs to be arrested. They can and will use your goodwill against you. Its why most rules have "at party's discretion" tacked on at the end. The problem, is that you can say whatever you want in the rules, but a judge decides whether your rules are valid at the end.

Tell me you didn't know about Chicago and New York politics being corrupt for decades. A funny concept of law is that allowing a thing and making it effectively legal will lead to it becoming actually legal.

The Democrats have an acceptable level of fraud in elections and we all know about it. The difference is that it isn't just in their own cesspit backyards anymore.

2
Maenard 2 points ago +2 / -0

To my knowledge, this only applies to votes received after midnight. The Democrats aren't just going to admit they arrived at the counting center after the deadline. They will almost certainly claim the votes were already there, and they were merely counting past midnight.

It varies by State, but the Post Office can possibly receive votes on behalf of the poll counters. If the ballot is stamped with a postmark from the 3rd, they can bring them to the center after midnight. All part of their plan to circumvent election protection measures.

Regardless of their actual arrival time or backdated stamps, the ballots can prove fraud on their own. Fraud should be painfully obvious with a signature match or ballot inspection, which is why the Left and RINOs are fighting so hard, kicking and screaming every step of the way.

I'm trying to understand how faulty policy would cause the entire amount of total deaths in America. A different policy would have saved every single person? 210 of the 250k deaths were avoidable, according to the CNN lede.

It all makes sense now! His little accident on air wasn't technically a fart, because it didn't occur naturally. The air in his ass was placed there by the spy's strapon horsecock, and he didn't have time for a pre-interview enema. It was man made winc the whole time!

"I'm 100% positive that these investigations will be extremely helpful for future races. What a shame that the election with tons of fraud won't benefit! Why would voter integrity even matter after the votes were counted anyway? Awww shucks. Too bad, so sad."

Its like a mayor telling a taxi driver to put out the fire in a burning apartment complex, waiting for the building to become a smoldering ruin, then announcing he has 900 firemen ready to go as soon as another building catches fire.

I'm not saying someone will attempt this, but the temptation is way too great to trust that someone won't.

My realistic prediction is that "comedians" will be the first to try it, because "its just a joke, bro" is all the excuse the Left needs to pass actual lie attempts off when it gets caught.

Still, I wonder why Biden had such small events with only him, a giant screen, and 6 reporters so often. Sure, the crowds may have been small because no one likes him. Sure, the crowds may have been small because of flu fear. Small crowds(extremely small) would also be necessary if you were doing something that required absolute trust.

What if their excuses for the sparse attendance were used the same way Trump uses his tax returns? "Look over here! You almost got me!"

They tell an obvious lie, knowing we will debunk it and go on thinking we have the real reason for the lie. Two or more layers of misdirection, not one.

For example,

You walk into a car dealership that has the keys to all the cars hanging up in the office. You start acting shady around the office door, to get the attention of the security guards. You clumsily walk into the office and back out holding a poorly hidden bottle of coke. The security guy stops you and you bolt dropping the bottle behind you. The security guard has the bottle back, and its just a bottle, so there is no need to chase you or even bother with paperwork for it. You have the keys to 4 cars in your back pocket.

"Covid is why!" Could be the obvious lie, with the obvious truth being "unpopular" and thats where the digging stops. Biden didn't do many events while wearing the mask, but still...

In the Wizard and Glass, part of the Dark Tower series, a drugged out bum gives two bad guys information for payment. He says " I told ye what I saw, not show me what metal ye have for me as payment! Is it gold or silver?" The bad guys says "Lead" and shoots the bum to death.

Stephen King is a bitch, but this reminded me of that.

You are on to something here.

"Several sources that are familiar with Jesus' healing process say the Son of God was knowingly putting lives at risk. Jesus was already under scrutiny, and the pharases have deemed the sermon on the mount to be an extinction level superspreader event. One sermon attendee was shocked and appalled at the lack of sanitation services, and general disregard for safety measures. 'There weren't any gloves or masks for the crowd, and Jesus wasn't wearing a beard net, mask, or gloves while he passed out bread and fish. He didn't even wash his hands! Every loaf could have been contaminated.' We didn't need to interview anyone else since the first one echoed our position perfectly. We've just received word of fish and bread processing plants going out of business. Jesus was said to have cackled and called the people who drowned while fishing, 'losers.' Luckily, we have a brave and stunning official from the Roman Empire that knows what is best for us. He even washes his hands!"

Anyone know if Judges have to be present to decide a case? Sending all conservative justices might look like it is a win for us, but the Chief Justice is not our friend.

Assume it is a legal loophole trap. "Oops, we have to rule on these cases with only 4 judges! Its a shame the conservatives aren't in town. We have to wait a week first, according to this law from 1872. Uh oh! Looks like all the states that got a justice just quarantined the state for 8 days."

Roberts lets us down when it really matters, so I don't see any reason to believe THIS time he will hold the proverbial football. Am I missing any context or describing the situation wrong?

I get your point, it just doesn't apply. I'm not talking about nebulous attributes. The Two Towers scene is a specific example of military strategy. Unless you have the video footage of an actual battle, there is functionally no difference between fiction and reality when it comes to history, since history is ultimately a retelling of events.

Sidney Blumenthal never went to Vietnam. All of his "war stories" went from nonfiction to fiction as soon as it was revealed that he is a lying piece of shit.
All Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Japanese, Central American, and European myth is fictional, but it still has uses and applications that are relevant.

If the power rangers were backed into a corner and forced to fight for their life, it doesnt make the example any less illustrative. You might understand the problem with finding real world, non-dramatized examples of this military tactic. If someone gets surrounded and cornered, they probably aren't going to live to tell the tale. If people break and flee out of a specificly opened point, they also won't tell the tale. Desertion is a crime that gets capital punishment in almost every army in history.

Ultimately, if people understand the subject, it works. Change the men of Rohan to South Koreans and American soldiers, then change the orcs to North Koreans. Change Helm's Deep to K16, within sight of Mount Sorak. Its still an animal backed into a corner that can't run, forcing them to fight with a complete lack of self preservation. Change it to aliens and space marines on planet Xykron 89 and the situation doesn't change. You can't just yell out about fictional situations being fictional and expect to be taken seriously, just like yelling out logical fallacies instead of addressing the actual point. This isn't about the magic of friendship or using time travel, and a siege is hardly uncommon.

I'm not talking about the politicians. I'm talking about the lowest level ballot counters that might have either known about the fraud or participated in it. Its like detectives doing interrogations of suspects who haven't confessed, but circumstantial evidence is leaning really hard against them.

There are tons of interrogation videos on YouTube that go something like this...

"Look, Bob. Sometimes we get angry. Sometimes we say and do things in the heat of the moment that we wish we could take back. The neighbors said your wife was always yelling at you and calling you names. If you actually did kill her, it would be completely understandable. Maybe I would do the same if I was in your shoes. She hurt you so bad, right, Bob? You were swinging the pan before you could stop yourself. I know you would never hurt her, but if you did, it wasn't actually your fault."

The suspect would never confess outright, so the detectives have to create an escape by providing sympathy. The detective supplies excuses that the suspect will use to confess, since guilt pushes most people towards confession. Any excuse, no matter how stupid, can tip the balance. If Trump and his team aren't using Dominion like that, they should be.

I can't tell if this is a joke or not. People have trouble conceiving of situations where options are limited to fight instead of fight and flight. I don't really see a difference between fictional examples or hypothetical ones. Both are for illustrative purposes. Helm's Deep is a perfect example, since the guy that wrote LOTR fought in WWI (the Somme, specifically)

Here is a quote from Sun Tzu... "Thus is the way of maneuvering your army: do not fight against enemies who took higher ground, do not face enemies while they're charging down hill, do not pursue enemies when they fake defeat, do not go head to head with enemies elite troops, do not take bait from the enemies, do not continue attack enemies that fall back to their own country; when you surround your enemies, leave an opening; do not push too hard on the enemies who are desperate. That's the basic principle of maneuvering your army."

In a paradoxical twist, WE are the ones in a corner now because the Left has almost total control over the levers of power. They didn't leave us any room to run so we HAD to fight back. I'm of the belief that Trump and his team have taken steps to ensure Democrat deserters have a clear path to safety.

I thought Venezuela's change to socialism predated this machine. I can't imagine these voting machines fucking up so badly after years to develop the software. It's not like they need much more than a GUI with a place to feed and scan ballots by now. The machine is a glorified receipt printer that is fed a receipt instead of handing it out.

This shouldn't be news to anyone. Karl Rove is a glorified tour guide for elections. He wants politicians to believe they need him and his guidance. It's no surprise he only sees one way to win, since more options means less use for his advice. Its the classic "you have an invisible and undetectable illness, lucky for you that I have the cure!" routine.

It might take some creative body modification to fit him into the drain, but he will be flushed one way or the other.

This is too close to the movie Man of the Year. I don't like how close it is to that movie, because it just sounds beyond the realm of possibility. Like, the quotes could have been pulled from that movie, they are so close.
