Basically people assume they are anon since they are on duckduckgo and they wanted to let people know that they can't actually keep you totally anon if you are on a google affiliated site which is true since google tracks by IP.

I don't know the full details of how they deploy but I think Pence would have Secret Service but the Senate police might participate within the Senate. I think the Senate has it's own private police called the Capital Police of about 2000 total officers as far as I know. Some are in standard cop uniforms and others are in suits, I'm not sure why, the suit ones might be a secret service instead or serving a similar purpose where the the uniformed ones are more of a standard policing role.
Hmm it might be more of a courtesy warning from duckduckgo. When you visit google affiliated sites they add your IP to a database where you are then tracked even if you don't have an account it makes a shadow account for you. They have the technology to link it all up so even if you are not logged into google but on an IP it recognizes it will start to connect the dots.

Yea she is literally. We've been dating for like 10 years and I known her since we were kids so we have a lot of history that transcends this but the polarization of politics has made a big problem. I feel like she's been really radicalized, I don't bring up politics around her because it's so upsetting to her but she does sort of lay little traps for me or tries to catch me to start a fight. Mail in voting is pay 2 win vote farming that you can't beat without the Dems budget, which is HUGE in comparison to the RNC or any smaller party. I think you're right that there could be an alliance however I fear the lefties have very low tolerance. They get angry and scream and judge very quickly. It's going to be hell removing it from your phone and most likely impossible. If you use a cellphone in anyway even keeping it on our desk and picking it up from time to time or moving around your house with it, it gathers data. You just have to assume when you are near one that it is gathering data on you and be mindful. Most likely flip phones do this too at this point. If you have a phone it will track you and gather data there's no way to stop it. It doesn't matter what programs you have on it or even if you think it's turned off. It's way beyond anyone unless they specialize just in this kind of technology to have a phone that isn't hemmoraghing enough data to know exactly who you are and start peicing parts of your life together. They are basically weaponized information, data gathering, it's extremely complex and they have a million ways to get at it without you even browsing.
