You should look up the cholesterol scam, the big pharmaceutical companies bribed doctors to write articles in medical journals and they deliberately picked too low a level as "normal" markers so they could say everyone was high and sell the medication to more people

Myself and my wife don't wear a mask now, we were walking around a shop earlier and an older lady walked up to me and said its lovely to see a face, and took off her mask. While in the shop I saw 3 other ladies with their masks pulled down and gave us a smile. The only way this nonsense will end is by not blindly following, but leading by example.

Ya there was record voting in Ireland for this election and primarily for Trump, last week they were offering me €46 to call off the bet and take my wager back.
It was in Ireland, but it feels like they're just making up the rules as they go along. Fair enough if he loses honestly, but to say they'll refuse to honour the bet if unfolding events change the result is crazy. If they change the result, then surely I win the bet!

I know you might think I'm poking fun, I'm not, but you should look into nose breathing and related exercises. It won't change anything externally, but I have found its really helped me this year with all thats being going on. That and this amazing community!!
