There are very few good teachers that exist in the school system.
I’m a “good parent” kids in public school. Can’t afford private. Wish I could. I’ve had my child in charter schools so it has been a little different than the non charter thankfully. If I could afford it I would send my child to private no doubt. I grew up in private Christian schools until 10th grade I went to public school. I liked the public school because of the class options and they had more resources available to them versus private school. My younger siblings grew up in public schools and the things they were exposed to at a young age were much different compared to my experience due to the school situation.
People get shot during the day in Chicago and no one cares. Good luck knocking on strangers doors.
