You guys still don’t get it , the encryption is printed in the paper it is a code that shows date , time, location, serial number and some other codes. You can not duplicate the process. Also the envelope Has a tracking device which is tracked through the postal service. So if it ended up at the counting office and did. It go through the machines at the postal office it is void and null. You fucking larders need to realize shit is gonna go down.
It is the block chain in the envelope, it tracks when and where the ballot is. It also has a rfid chip that can track where it went. It doesn’t matter if they back dated it by hand and sent it to be counted . If it did not go back through the check point at usps point it is not a valid Ballot. It’s amazing how many people can’t seem to grasp how blockchain encryption and rfid works.
