Had red Robin, who i have been going to regularly ever since they opened back up without a peep after telling them I have an medical condition refuse to let me in the building suddenly after months of eating there. I had a doctor's office refuse to treat me and reschedule my appointment for 3 months later. I've filed ADA breaches with the DoJ. I've cancelled my Red Robins card that I've had ever since they started. And I would have scheduled with a new doctor but I'm lazy.
The only places I haven't had trouble so far have been walgreens. Cracker barrel (who have been absolute bros. They have signs and automated announcements but no one even blinks hard when I'm walking around in there), Texas Roadhouse, Red Wing. Penn Station.
I'm likely forgetting some. I'll also mention the daily death toll in my state has been under 10 people per day for the last 3 months straight. But holy hell you can't tell from how people are acting. I'm usually the only person I see out not suffocating themselves with a useless mask.

Trump could have ended this months ago by simply ending the Federal State of Emergency. That would then turn off the Federal funds tap to the states.
If the states think it's still worth it to drive their state into the ground, that's entirely on them. Most of them would be smart enough (I hope) to look at the raw numbers and the available money on hand without federal funds to bail them out and end the shit asap. Instead, the states can keep playing pretend that it's the end of the world with the knowledge Daddy Fed will be there to fund their stupidity
