There's no rational, logical reason for this to be an elaborate scheme. There's also no constitutional mechanism for such a scheme. We lost this battle, but the war will rage on.

It doesn't work that way. At best, he could be impeached (which his fellow Dems won't do). Every court could swing and agree that the election is completely fraudulent, and it wouldn't change a thing at this point.
