Italian here, Jeep is owned by the Fiat Chrysler Group (FCA). They are part of the "swamp" in Italy.
Recently they ceased car production and started making covid mask (27 million pieces per day) and made a deal with the un-elected government to supply 11 million mask per day to Italian schools.... the same group owns a good part of the italian media, so you have the same group terrorising people on tv and papers, adovocating for the use of masks, producing said masks and selling those directly to the governement. Yes we live in a orwellian dictatorship. Trump is the last hope for the west and the free world.

Italy main problem is the shitty electoral law. We have dozens of parties getting votes in an election, The first big three get like 60-70% combined... the other 40% is shared by many micro parties that change flag and orientation like nothing. You have a Prime minister chosen by the coalition with the major share of votes in the parliament... but when the majority can be changed and manipolated for personal interests, you get the idea.
As for the last election in 2018 Five Star Movement who got alone 32% of seats needed a second coalition to express a government after days a compromise was made with the League party (Matteo Salvini). Here you rememeber something positive was made Salvini was Interior Minister and tried to close ports in Italy and stop once and for all illegal immigration (as promised before to his electors). He was attacked night and day by fake news, peoples on socials, even the same government coalition was opposing him:
One example: He orders one ONG ship to not come to Italian sea and ports? Military Defence minister who was from M5S order some military ship to "save" migrants outside italian seas and then come back to Italian ports. Then Salvini orders "no one get on Italian soil if not background checked and all"... some lefty Judges with Democratic Party affiliation then denounce Salvini for "kidnapping peoples and restricting their liberties"... that's one example of what was happening (this summer Salvini still has to go to precess before a judge for that episode...it's absurd in 150 years of republican history never before a minister of the republic had to submit to judges for his political actions. It's even incostitutional... ) After many episode like that was clear that the Government wasn't going anywhere and Salvini self resigned.
In a normal country we should have got a new election... Instead Five star movement formed a new government with the opposite party PD (yes from right to far left like nothing ) even with the same Prime Minister (Giuseppe Conte) they are still up and making decision that damage the country now and for the foreseeable future; so when hopefully we will get a new election the new Government (most likely with a big majority from the Right) will have a desperate situation to recover and the EU to menace us sanctions and all..
We have a big swamp problem here in Italy: Conte is a creature of the Swamp, he is making the EU interest or the chinese? or maybe he sold us to both? PD is the extended arm of the Usa Democrats with some simpaty for the CCP... you get the idea

The Italian political situation is absurd and complex, we got an UNELECTED prime minister (Giuseppe Conte) who is a creature of the "swamp", government is composed of two parties Movimento 5 Stelle (5 stars movement) that was born as a party contrarian to old politics, when they seized a big shares of seats they first formed a governement with the right parties (LEGA and Matteo Salvini) after they actively sabotaged everything the government stood for Matteo Salvini resigned in protest. M5S as nothing happened switched sides and formed a new government with the left PD (democratic Party) that represent the swamp and everything bad you can imagine.
