When Trump sued blue states for their sanctuary polies and tried to cut off funds to police, they sued and he lost. Courts are not always our friends, but the red states can just do the same thing. North nd South Dakota are both voting on laws to ignore unconstitutional fed orders.

Of course and blue states have already done this, but it is a way to still keep a republic as the power remains with the states. Further, ignoring unconstitutional laws is within the right of the people. There is no obligation to live under unjust laws.
The alternative is outright secession or civil war which may still in the end occur.

This is about the states using nullification to ignore federal executive orders or regulations even if a federal court upholds them. Blue states did this when they declared themselves sanctuary cities/states for illegal aliens.
