Better tried by 12 than carried by 6.
I like Trump, but that's how I see it too.
A harder man might have said the word and started a second revolution.
Wow, she's amazing.
I live in a liberal state and I can't imagine having what it's like to have a legislator that I agree with ..on anything.
Someone has one of these in my neighborhood.
I haven't seen it, but people have been complaining about it non-stop on front porch forum.
I do respect though that most of the complaints have started with "it's free speech, and it's their right to put it up but..."
What kind of explosives? Without more info I would assume it was fireworks.
Haha, and vermont IS. ..Actually our gun laws (in VT) were awesome until 2018 when our republican-who-is-actually-a-democrat motherfucker governor signed a ban on regular capacity magazines.
Agreed, but it's important to remember that the internet shows us the absolute most infuriating shit that's being said in the whole US. I think (and hope) there are very few people out there who are this evil.
I don't think it's actually based on the AR15, just looks similar.
I assume an engineer designed it that way for a reason. Maybe the spring will be over-compressed and wear out with the nub cut down?
I think it's bad manners to harass someone across topics like you're doing. If you see he's posted something that breaks the rules, then I say report it and move on.
Search "rumble video donwload". There are many sights that allow you to download videos.
Forget 2020, how do we ensure there will ever be a fair election again?
This could be the end of our democracy.
The statistics although highly suspicious are not enough proof. All they can say is "fraud was extremely likely", which is different than "there was fraud and this is how it happened".
I want to believe, but this administration will stop at nothing for complete power, including packing otherwise destroying the supreme court.
I agree with all of that. Im just saying that your position is easy to argue now that its been proven to be correct.
No matter how good the arguments are, I don't think any individual is smart enough to say with 100% certainty how something will work prior to it being tested.
I don't think that's fair, hindsight is 2020.
I'm a libertarian, so I find the idea of communism off-putting even if it worked as-advertised. But if it weren't for it's undeniably disastrous outcomes I would be hard pressed to say why it's an inherently worse system than capitalism (assuming you don't mind the collectivist aspect).
To Carl Marx it was just a theory. And back in the day, who knew, maybe communism would lead to a utopian future?
It's modern people who've seen how it actually plays out who should know better.
It's just a name. It's not like there can only be one "patriot party". If millions of people say they still back trump, and they are call themselves the patriot party, then it will take on that meaning.
"The minimum wage should be 100k a year, that way everyone will have plenty of money" - Democrats on economics
Yeah the election was BS no question. I just mean that not every issue is an A or B choice.
I think the user base has a perspective that doesn't fully align with either the left or right of the political spectrum. It depends on the topic. I like to see that personally.
I know the game theory of our political system requires everyone to choose one of 2 sides for maximum impact, but I hope we can get past that some day and just look at each issue for what it is.
You don't usually see fake news on Slashdot, but there it is.
*Approval of the founding fathers intensifies*
Just bought it. Thanks for the suggestion.
Why should the risk of punishment stop us from doing the right thing? Yeah sure if I'm carrying I'm not going to get myself involved in a verbal altercation or whatever. But if I see someone getting robbed or beaten up you better believe I'm going to step in legal risk be damned.
