This is a confusing headline. I spent like 10 seconds wondering what Tulsi Gabbard could have done to make her a domestic enemy.
Anyone have the tweet in question?
What makes you say that?
I want to use brave, but coming from Firefox there's so little customization. No bookmark dropdown menu, no configurable layout, no quick change search engine (you can type a prefix in the search bar, but that's not convenient for quickly searching the same thing using multiple engines.
It's not all or nothing, just cutting these fuckers out as much as possible is beneficial for the world; even if you can't do it 100%.
For example.. I'm going to keep using windows. I hate it with a passion, but I don't have the time or energy to fight with linux constantly.
I do recommend lineage os for phones though. I have it and everything works fine except the google app store (which is expected).
Well at least you can't accuse her of voting to spend other people's money.
She's not stupid. Stupid is wanting a bunch of social services because you think they're "free". She knows first hand what big government costs, but she wants it anyway, that's a legitimate position. I happen to disagree with it, but still.
I respect that. I didn't like how Bernie doubled down on the spending for his 2020 platform, but I respect that he's a man with principals. That right away puts him ahead of the majority of politicians in my book.
Ranked. Choice. Voting.
Dude, chill out. Raging like you're doing accomplishes nothing.
C. The military should never be turned against the citizens.
How were the subtitles determined? I can't hear shit.
It's political total war out there. They will attack first, and fabricate justifications later.
They have no moral code beyond whatever is expedient in the moment; and they will keep taking our liberties until there's nothing left to take.
They will never be satisfied, and THEY WILL NEVER STOP.
More competition against big tech is a good thing.
Thank god. I had faith that the right would be able to avoid the purge, but still I was holding my breath while parlor was down.
In some ways the purge is kind of exciting. Big tech was "boiling the frog", by keeping us on their platforms, and heavily manipulating the discourse. They just cranked the heat way up. Maybe we'll die faster, but I think it's more likely that we'll jump out of the water and break free permanently.
It's not unlike when reddit banned The Donald. They tried to crush us, but instead we got out from under their thumb, and the community became stronger than ever.
I disagree. I care deeply about our democracy. A government that does not represent the citizens is oppressive and immoral, no matter how practical or functional it is.
Some will argue "but we don't all agree, one government can't represent everybody". To which I say: it can if it sticks to the basics. The federal government doesn't need to be deciding what business transactions we can make, what guns we can manufacture, or what drugs we can take. Military, international trade and diplomacy, interstate commerce, that's basically it.
The government is too big by FAR, that is the real problem.
As the authoritarians gain ground they will only be emboldened. They will never be satisfied with less than absolute power. This is why we can't give up, even if we take losses. THEY WILL NEVER STOP.
Relax, regroup, and settle in for the long haul. We're not going anywhere.
You know that about the RINOs does warm my heart a little bit..
Agreed, but op didn't say voting is the only action people can take. Not that we should stop voting or anything.
Easy man we're all on the same team. There are millions of us, and we're not going anywhere; we're going to keep fighting for what's right.
The patriots who threw British tea into the harbor were also technically criminals. Calling somone a "Criminal" doesn't mean anything if the system is corrupt.
Yeah I did hear that. They should have let him through instead of keeping everyone away while totally failing to apply first aid.
If you cover the whole roof in panels, and you live near the equator you might be able to get 1200W for about 4 hours each day.
I'm basing that on a 100W solar panel that I have on hand. It's approximately 3.5ft x 1.5ft. I'm guessing you could get the equivalent surface area to 9 of those if you did a really good job packing them in.
The Tesla model 3 has a 50 kWh battery and a range of 220 miles.
1.2kW * 4h = 4.8kWh
4.8kWh/50kWh = 9.6%
(9.6/100) * 220mi = 21.12 mi
So in the best case scenario you could recharge about 21 miles per day. That's actually not too bad...
