Fuck this is bullshit. Judges should not cave to public pressure. Ever. I'm glad to see the reversal, but judges shouldn't make a decision that they immediately reneg on without additional evidence.
That goes for the Supreme Court as well. They should be making a decision based on the law and not on feels and what's popular.
