Here is an idea, get hotspots in public spaces, no pw, and have it immediately send those that connect to information. Let normies see everything

Maybe because at the moment he is the only true father of freedom in our country. If he drains this corrupt gang of syncophantic traitors, he will be as great or greater than the forefathers. So yes, it is applicable.

Not true. It just isnt smart to give the courts that power to limit the vp beforehand.

For the track record shows, he might just use his power and watch the scotus let him

Not true. By dismissing the case it prevents the courts from creating a limit on his power.

Always supporting you Deutsche Fren. Got to live in Wirscheid for a month for an exchange program. Lovely German village with some based people back in '04. Best of luck to you!

Many threads on this already. It is good Pence wants it out of the courts. Don't let the courts weaken his powers or create an issue beforehand. Better he uses his power as the courts seem to like to ignore changing things.

Constitution takes president over a fed law. And it has been said, legislators can always take their power over electors at any time.

A fed law would be revoked before an amendment to the constitution.

Pence is making the correct call. Keep the courts hand out of the powers of the other branches. We don't need to give them a chance to put a ruling that could risk his abilities.

As we have seen, the courts are more than fine with letting people do things then refusing to hear a case. So in theory Pence could just ignore contested states and the courts would be inclined to just watch or have to stretch out a hearing which wouldn't finish before Trump would win.

What if the remote members were somehow unable to connect to the meeting? Shucks, should showed up.
