They can also check the driver's license address changes. One guy moved to Fulton County before election day but voted by absentee ballot in DeKalb County 3 weeks before he moved, as per the date on his driver's license.
They need to check the National Change of Address and the disqualified jurors lists from the counties to verify that only DeKalb County jurors voted. I know for a fact at LEAST 4 people voted in DeKalb County who no longer live there.

Can you run them against the National Change of Address? I know for a fact that at least 2 out of state people voted in one county here in Georgia and haven't lived there for a year or more.
