For posting images - They have to be small. A good rule of thumb is 500 pixels wide. Any image you want to post, scale it (keep aspect ratio) to 500 pixels wide and try. PNG and JPG format are best.

If the image has a LOT of detail and shrinking it would make it unusable, upload the image and post it as a LINK post. TDW will create the thumbnail.

I think there was a way to embed images in comments on COMMIE REDdit, but I don't think we can do that here. If you have an image you want to share in comments, post it to TDW, add that to your favorites, then copy the link and comment with it.
