Me, I hope he confounds the Democrats by totally changing his tone - make it a lot more like his SOTU speeches.
I also hope he makes it a bit informal, more personal. Smiles, maybe some self depreciating humor; maybe joke that his campaign director is telling him "they say I have to says things nicer, it's hard to be a professional politician, not being able to speak feely, but I get it" or something corny like that.
I also hope he reveals something big, like an executive order for school choice where districts aren't opening.
Most of all - I hope he lays it out, tells people what's going on. Seals the deal.
