Step one. Nominate a good justice. Step two. Call an Emergency meeting of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Step three. Forward his nomination to the whole Senate. Step four. Spread rumors that the Senate has a COVID CASE. Step five. Confirm nomination on a 50-3 vote with only Republicans and RINOS voting.

I suspect there is an element of time travel from the end of mortal life to the Great White Throne Judgement. Instantaneous to the individual, but not to the rest of us. But there are exceptions for at least a couple of prophets and maybe more.
