"1, No person may run or be appointed as a Representative of a Congressional District unless he/she has maintained a residence and spent at least 50% of his/her time there for at least two years immediately prior to appointment or election.
2, No person may run or be appointed as a Senator of a State unless he/she has maintained a residence and spent at least 50% of his/her time there for at least six years immediately prior to appointment or election"
While acknowledging this would prevent sitting representatives and senators from seeking re-election, it is an improvement over the existing system of district shopping and State shopping we currently have.
Sounds like a fair trade to me.
I personally feel it is my duty as a citizen to violate unconstitutional laws to get it into the Court System. It's like a Use it or Lose it argument.

I live in Texas, which doesn't register voters by party affiliation. It allows you to choose which party's primary you can vote in in each election. The only restriction is that you can't vote in more than 1 party's primary.
Now I can't make up my mind whether to vote in the Republican Primary or vote in the DemonCrat party as a disrupter since my desire is for a vicious and fractious brokered convention.
I'm leaning toward the latter.

Since there are no Rules concerning Impeachment in the House, it stands to reason there will be no Rules for Trial in the Senate. Therefore, it is open season to discover the deep state cabal along with the corruption of the intelligence agencies including their funding of the black budget through corrupt kickbacks.
