In the interest of public safety with all the new gun owners, and idiots with poor guns safety. I hereby suggest that the Trump administration push through mandatory gun safety programs in grade school, Jr. High, and High School for all students. With a full safety certification at HS graduation - providing it comes from LEO or qualified instructors.

This will ensure that kids know what they're doing. What to do if they see a gun in public or at home. And chastise parents who have poor or no gun safety skills.

Many of you remember the Obama administration tying federal education funds to the shit lunch program they pushed through. I'd suggest using the same method to ensure fair, equal, and proper training. Not only could local police be used, it could be used as a building block between the community and police, as well as members of the military/ROTC programs and community leaders.
