Ummm... no. I mean the current System is pretty crappy all things considered but there has never been a time in human history where all officers started as enlisted men.
If you go way back back in the day like Rome or ancient Egypt the “ enlisted men were peasants“ and the officers were sons of nobleman.
That same thing continued up through the founding of the United States.
At some point people fight it looked bad only allowing wealthy individuals to become officers so they changed the rules and allowed everyone to become an officer but only if they had gone to college.
There were two reasons for this 1 it’s extremely difficult to get into a service academy, and at the time only wealthy people or exceptionally intelligent people went to college.
For hey while this worked pretty well, yeah some people might be butt hurt about the idea that it is an “equal”. But let’s be honest here the military has never been about “equality” it’s a pyramid style dictatorship, and it works really well for killing people.
Things worked out pretty well until the 1960s when a bunch of dip shits decided everybody needed to go to college.

When I was going through high school 10 years ago at a school of 2000 people I was aware of maybe... 3 or 4 out of the closet gays. Let’s make that number 20 to include in the closet gays. So maybe 1% of people were gay.

If you think the public education system in America is the thing that prepares children for a future career you are very unaware of the American public education system.
I don’t buy this, schools are a joke. I have extraordinary doubts that the government does a better job of Child rearing than parents do.
Maybe some parents are realizing that their kids have problems now that they actually spend time with their kids.
Maybe some of these kids are getting help that they should’ve had years ago when no one paid attention to them or gave a shit.
Maybe the government realized the homeschooling cat is out of the bag and wants to have a bunch of articles published that show how important the government is to the life of children.

I however took a job working for a lobbying agency and I can tell you with 100% certainty that there is no difference between the Republican Party and the Democrat party.
Well I guess there is one difference, The republican party advertises to rural hicks, army guys, and blue collar workers and the left advertisers to educated city folk.

What are you a shill? So what if they stole 8 million votes while trump was sitting in power? Next time we go out and vote harder and we will win. Who cares that the Democrats have two of the three branches of power? Who cares if the Senate Republicans are almost entirely deep state? So what if all of their federal judges betrayed us? Who cares if they have had 4 years to completely change all the laws, put any resistance in prison and make sure nothing like this ever happens again? VOTE.
Never forget we are the party of peace at any cost, the other guys are the real racist, and the good guys always win. Voting is and always has the only way to make real change!
Ps. One good thing came out of all this. I hate mail in voting as much as the next guy but now we can vote our way to victory and meme about it from the comfort of our home.
