I got an email from my company's CEO this week, as well, about Blake and social justice etc.
I went 11.5" for my 556 as it suppresses better than the shorter barrels, if nothing else cut the difference and go 10/10.5".
However, if you want shorter I'd go 300bo as it suppresses very well down to like 4".
check Palmetto State Armory or even a local gun shop. There's many "pre-made" kits that'll run great for a decent price. Check your local/state laws as well as some places like commiefornia have severe infringements on your rights to bear arms.
Furthermore, research what you can and cannot have on an ar pistol. And remember if you purchase a Rifle it CANNOT be changed to a pistol but a pistol or lower that is marked correctly when purchased CAN be a pistol or Rifle. Just DO NOT accidentally make a short-barreled rifle 'cuz you don't need the alphabet boys coming down on you.
