I don't even know what they mean by "qualify". You take a safety class, do a little practice shooting, and then you go and get your CPL. There is no "test" or "qualifying" that I know of. Does California do something different?

I haven't been in a good 5 years. In 2018, I thought there should be some way to put all 4000 of my dvd's on a computer somehow. After a little research, I learned about Plex, then switched to Emby. Spent a year straight ripping my DVD collection, and then learned how to download and pirate everything or use an HDMI Cloner Box to record off Netflix or other streaming services. Then I learned about android emulators and the wonderful world of APPLINKED and all the modded free apps out there that you can download content from.
I now have over 8k movies and get the new ones every Friday when they drop. I have 80 TB of storage on my server, and more tv and media than I could ever watch in a lifetime.
And for that "big screen" experience, I built a theater in my basement complete with a commercial popcorn machine.
Fuck Hollywood.
