The case is a guy in Syria hanging out with bad guys who believes he is being targeted, suing for information on who/how people are targeted in armed conflict. The mobs in these city's have become so powerful that entire states are now beholden to their megacitys corruption. All of Illinois is subject to the will of Chicago, all of new York state is subject to the will of ny city, all of Georgia now is silenced by Atlanta etc etc. The only thing that could save people in rural areas now from the eventual decay into surfdom is state/county electoral systems.
