I feel like we should some sort of electoral college in states as well. Looking at the county map of the US, they are all mostly red and the bigger cities make the decisions for the states, like New York, LA, Seattle, Portland ETC.
There should also be a reporting of all counties at the same time, not one minute before another or after another county. If absentee ballots are used, proper chain of custody shall be provided or treason is punishment.
If any cheating is suspected, then rights of the individual, are taken away, like citizenship while a investigation and trial are established. Just like they do for people who commit a crime of DV or something similar, gun rights are taken away. If convicted, punishment is death.
Lastly, it’s should be the right of the people, to conduct hearings and make recommendations to state legislature on holding mandatory revoting or audits. This should not be left to state legislatures as dems and progressives always scream it’s a democracy, which means without any of the above, this is not a representation of the people.
