By intentionally keeping supply low, it feeds into their religion propaganda that real estate will always go up.

Blue Cities started adopting that mentality about 7 years ago after Xi visited the US.

I've always treated real estate like the stock market, which can go up or down, just like 2008 and 2022.

He's just mad about provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act which requires all auto manufacturers building EVs (including European auto manufacturers) to have their entire supply chain start and end in the United States, blocking Europe & Asian parts out of the US market.

They will (try to) ban any platform that they can’t use to megaphone their propaganda.

There is no end game.

In the beginning of the China virus in late 2019/early 2020, it was the no-name towns (Wuhan) that had forever lockdowns, but the big brand cities like Shanghai & Beijing were mostly untouched.

Chinese people living in the big cities (especially Shanghai) always thought themselves to be "above" China's culture & customs, because of their cosmopolitan lifestyles. They even made fun of the rural people stuck in lockdowns.

Now it's only recently (April 2022) that the opposite is true, in which the rural areas don't have as harsh lockdowns, but the big cities are now giant prisons.

Xi is reminding these cosmopolitan residents via long-term pain who's really in charge. Don't expect zero-covid to go away anytime soon. Xi wants to ingrain 'common prosperity' into everyone. If one suffers for 'X' number of years, then everyone suffers for 'X' number of years.

That sort of pressure is now falling on deaf ears, especially given the recent movements of young people “lying flat“ and “let it rot”.

There’s even some rumors of the CCP eventually planning to force people to make babies to address their demographic problem.

Lol in China, marriage is almost strictly transactional.

Either she gets foreign Citizenship/Permanent Residency (Green Card) or marries rich, in exchange for her looks.

Otherwise, marriage isn't worth it.

They probably will eventually bring out the tanks, but not as a first resort like 1989.

Too many cameras and non-Chinese owned social media platforms this time.

Using military tech or equipment to attack another country (including private companies) is a declaration of war.

China cannot win a direct military war with the US & NATO countries.

Since Hong Kong is basically part of China now, he probably pissed off the wrong people or lost too much of his rich client's money in the crypto market.

These phone video recordings bypassing the Great Firewall are only what the smart ones were able to upload.

Imagine if Starlink were secretly turned on for everyone to upload...

Even if they do, you have to assume that absolutely everything digital in China is recorded and attached to their national ID number:

  • websites

  • keystrokes

  • mouse clicks

  • voiceprint

  • facial recognition etc.

That includes everything that they print. They cannot even access public Wi-Fi without logging in with their national ID number.

Given the state of the rental market in New York, I predict that landlords aren’t going to care, as long as the tenants have the cash.

People are reaching their rental limit, especially when they compare other cities for what they’re getting in NYC.

$4000+/month to live in a shoebox with rats and the smell of garbage & piss outside? No thanks.

Do these "real powers" not realize that if the CCP model is replicated, whatever money they were bribed with won't mean shit if they have absolute power like it's currently in China?

Whatever no-name country they flee to, will eventually succumb to China's economic whim.

Just because China itself is not woke, doesn’t mean they can’t or won’t use that against us.

  • They use our free-speech platforms like Twitter to attack us or censor us.

  • They use investment money into real estate to suck rental money out of our pockets.

  • They use investment money into farmland to drive up the cost of food.

  • They use tuition money to send CCP agents into our universities to steal R&D and lab layout designs.

Their main weapon to use our strengths against us.

Woke ideology is highly transmissible (from China)

If they're federal loans, you don't legally have to for now, because the payments & interest are both frozen.

If they're private, then keep paying.

There's a movement to try to depopulate the country.

Where is this ideology being exported from? China?
