Federal Judges do the exact same thing.
Notice how in the past 4 years, any ruling that hurts President Trump, is immediately ruled on (block wall funding, deport illegal immigrants).
But anything that helps President Trump (right to fire people, tariffs on countries), they take their sweet sweet time on it.
The Constitution says nothing about Federal Holidays.
The 10-day countdown calendar can't just ignore Federal Holidays, because then some corrupt Congress (like we have now), could make every day a Federal Holiday, and no legislation would ever get signed.
Some asshole future President can just keep it in limbo forever.

Sundays don't count towards the 10 day deadline.
So we've effectively got 11 days.
The Deep State and Liberals really, really want to exterminate the livelihood of Americans that don't vote for them.
