Take heart in that it was always going to be this way. Recall the Dems publicly mentioned they "wargamed" this whole thing some months ago and specifically mentioned that Podesta played the role of Trump who didn't concede.
They knew this is what it was going to look like and no doubt serous-as-a-heart-attack patriots like Steven Miller that work from Trump knew they were going to do this after Obamagate/Russia/Impeachment campaigns by the dems. Both sides knew it was going to be an unprecedented clash.
The dems knew they would just boldly cheat and take the "possession is 9/10s of the law" position and try and run out the clock and install the Harris admin.
We don't know what the POTUS side was planning for but suffice it to say, they weren't going to telegraph it and spill their war plans. I suspect they have plans with several layers of backup plans in case the courts and state legislatures fail us.
