A few points of thought
-Maybe they are protecting us...DOUBTFUL THOUGH. They are following orders, just like when they follow orders to stand down and let cities burn.
-We never should have swung by the nuts of the police like we did with the back the blue and blue lives matter. I know I never did and I was always annoyed with those phrases and flags.
-It has always been said that the police would always be the ones to back the authoritarians because they are "just doing their jobs"
