Google Code of Conduct...
2000: Don't Be Evil
2015 (Alphabet Buyout): Do The Right Thing
2018: "So please do read the Code and Google’s values, and follow both in spirit and letter, always bearing in mind that each of us has a personal responsibility to incorporate, and to encourage other Googlers to incorporate, the principles of the Code and values into our work. And if you have a question or ever think that one of your fellow Googlers or the company as a whole may be falling short of our commitment, don’t be silent. We want – and need – to hear from you."
Possibly a legal CYA if they're sued for being Evil? Or they can be unapologetically evil in the US, but Google’s Canadian subsidiaries are required to be apologetically evil.
Declaration as part of King v Whitmer
Came here to post the same video - same as it ever was. Nathaniel Grigsby passed in 1890 and his tombstone reads:
“Through this inscription I wish to enter my dying protest against what is called the Democratic party. I have watched it closely since the days of Jackson and know that all the misfortunes of our nation has come to it through this so called party therefore beware of this party of treason.”
Three decades? It's at least 4 depending on how you count.
